Joan Stephanie’s goal is to become a globally recognizes keynote speaker, spreading her message of purpose-driven living and igniting a wave of empowered women across the globe. In 2021 she authored, Cleared for Takeoff, a source of inspiration and how nothing is a waste of time. She was also a contributor to Longing to be on the Other Side of the Storm, a self-help book about a friend’s faith and God's miraculous healing power.

Motivation N’ Motion (MNM) was birthed out of a spirit of obedience. For years, Joan felt that she had something more to offer to the world. However, she did not know what it was. Joan decided to seek God for her purpose. Her testimony is that God spoke to her saying “Motivate My People.” How excited she was to learn her purpose. She immediately began to have seminars and gatherings.
The MNM platform is used to encourage, inspire, and motivate men and women. Her focus is on those who are stuck and those whose purpose or dreams have been sidelined. Her style of motivation, coupled with her spiritual gifts, will bring freedom, insight, and clarity. Joan is unapologetic about her style of motivation and the anointing upon her life. She knows from experience, when you increase your faith and walk in purpose, your life is happier and more fulfilled.
